GymBuddys helps you coordinate gym sessions with groups, track workouts and nutrition, and use AI-assisted fitness tools. Features may change, pause, or improve over time as we ship updates.

The app is provided for personal fitness coordination and motivation — not as a medical, dietary, or professional coaching service.

• You must sign in with a valid Google account you control
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Provide accurate profile info you choose to share
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live)

You agree to use GymBuddys only for lawful fitness-related purposes.

• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Do not spam groups or misuse invites and notifications
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or deceptive content (including in chat or photos)
• Do not attempt to break security, scrape data, or disrupt the service
• Do not use AI features to generate content outside fitness guidance or to violate others' rights

When you join a group, members can see your shared status, workouts, notes, messages, and profile details shown in the app. Moderators can manage membership and group settings.

You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

AI Coach, food estimates, meal plans, and related tools use third-party AI (Google Gemini). Responses can be wrong or incomplete.

Not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for injuries, medical conditions, diets, or training programs that need clinical oversight. Train and eat at your own risk.

You keep ownership of content you create (messages, notes, photos you upload, logs). You grant Navexra a limited license to host, display, and process that content only as needed to run GymBuddys.

The GymBuddys name, design, and software remain owned by Navexra. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the app except as allowed by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect AI accuracy, or that fitness outcomes will match your goals.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Navexra and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GymBuddys — including injury, nutrition decisions, missed workouts, or data loss.

Some places do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms, misuse the app, or create risk for others. You may stop using GymBuddys anytime and delete your account from Profile or Settings.

We may update these Terms as features evolve. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
